How to Register by Mail

  1. Download the registration packet
  2. Print out and complete the registration form and team roster
  3. Have each person on the team sign a copy of the liability waiver
  4. Make checks payable to "Ithaca Asian American Association" — entry fees
  5. Mail completed forms and payment to:
    Ithaca Asian American Association
    PO Box 4016
    Ithaca, NY 14850

Due dates

  • Registration form and payment: June 30, 2008
  • Team rosters: June 15, 2008
  • Liability waivers: June 15, 2008 -- Every person on the team must sign a liability waiver
